Whereas people are unsure as to whether one is speaking for themselves or for their party

Whereas “party-announcements” should be extended to other high-ranking officials within one’s party.

#A new role will be created titled “Party Spokesperson” and it will have no established permissions as a role except for speaking in “party-announcements”
#Those with the “Party Leader” role will be able to appoint officials from their respective parties to have the “Party Spokesperson” role.
#The same regulations of the “party-announcements” channel stated in [[EO 136 - 08 Party Announcements Reformation|Executive Order 136 - 08]] will apply to the “Party Spokesperson” role.
