Whereas the Chief of Staff possessing an advisory board delegates tasks where there is no need for it.

#  The president may appoint advisors at their sole discretion.
# Advisors will be paid on a weekly basis, where the sum will be in accordance with the latest agreement between the advisor and the president at or before the time of appointing.
## The functions of the advisors will be to advise the president on any given issue/topic.
# Advisors will not posses any executive or legislative ability (such as ordering department employees).
# The number of advisors will range from zero (0) to half the number of senate seats.
## If half the number of senate seats results in a fraction or decimal, the number of advisors is to be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
