==Article 1 - Constitutional Amendment==

§1. The following section shall be added to “Article 17: Right to a fair hearing” of the Constitution:

:§3.1. An individual shall forfeit their right to defend themselves in person if their presence at trial poses a substantial risk to SimDemocracy.

==Article 2 - Criminal Code Amendment==

§1. The following section shall be added to “Article 2. Burden of Proof” of the Criminal Code:
