Preamble

Whereas I made a mistake that allows someone to skip impeachments and remain as a Senator;

Whereas Touching grass does not mean avoiding accountability;

Whereas People who touch grass will get charged a wealth tax if they leave for more than 60 days;

THE SENATE OF SIMDEMOCRACY PROCLAIMS:

Section 1: Amendments

§1. The Touch Grass Act is amended by –

§1.1. Substituting Article 3 §1 with:

“§1. No proceedings are to take place involving a person with a Self Exclusion Order in force unless –

(a) The proceeding is a criminal trial and is certified by the Attorney-General to be essential to public safety;
(b) The proceeding has been previously delayed by a Self Exclusion Order;
(c) The proceeding is an impeachment from public office or similar; or,
(d) It is a non-government proceeding.”
§1.2. Substituting the text “three (3) months” in Art. 2 §1. with “two (2) months”.
