Whereas clear regulations and oversight are necessary to ensure proper functionality and fairness of the marketplace;

Consolidated Common Marketplace Act

Consolidates the Common and Job Marketplace Act and clarifies the consolidated common marketplace act.

Article 1: Replacements

§2.1 Every two (2) weeks, business owners may receive a verification message from the Marketplace Moderator. If no response is given within one (1) week or the business is confirmed as discontinued, its post may be removed.
§2.2 The Businesses In Operation channel shall have a moderator who will remove job posts that are inactive or discontinued after sixty days of inactivity regardless of the verification process.

Article 5: Jobs Board Channel

§1 SimDem citizens or businesses shall be able to post a job offering in the Jobs Board channel.

§1.1 Job postings shall include the job title, a reasonable description of job responsibilities, and the pay

§2 The Department of the Treasury shall assign, employ, or contract a moderator for the channel to ensure adherence to rules and remove unrelated or violating content.

§2.2 The Jobs Board channel moderator may remove job posts that are inactive or discontinued and shall remove posts after sixty (60) days of inactivity.

Article 6: Implementation §1 Upon passage, this act comes into effect immediately.
