= Pumpkin Appreciation Act
Preamble
Recognizing the importance of pumpkins in popular culture, agriculture, and cuisine, this bill aims to promote the appreciation of pumpkins in SimDemocracy.
Article 1
§1. Establishment: The Senate hereby declares [insert date, perhaps October 26th as an example] as Pumpkin Day in SimDemocracy.
