Preamble
Whereas: The senate records are currently organized into one document per Senate, but the Senate Records Act mandates one tab per Senate.
Section 1
§1. Article 2 §3. of the Senate Records Act shall be amended to the following:
§3. The records maintained by the Senate Clerk must be released to the public via a channel on the SimDemocracy Discord under the Senate category with the title #senate-records.
- §3.1. Each Senate shall have a Google Sheets spreadsheet dedicated to containing the records for that Senate that has been posted in the #senate-records channel.
- §3.2. The #senate-records channel may not be used for any other purposes.
