No Mistakes on the Ballot Act

Preamble:

Whereas, we keep needing court rulings to figure out how to deal with procedural errors,

THE SENATE OF SIMDEMOCRACY PROCLAIMS

§1. A new section shall be added to “Article 5 – Voter rights” of the Voter Rights Act 2023:

§3. If a validly listed candidate on a CFC is missing on the ballot they should be on, the elections shall be re-run with corrected ballots.

§3.1. This re-run shall be considered of “emergency” status under §7.4. of “Part 8: Appendix” of the Constitution.

§3.2. The Elections Commission shall be investigated about the situation.
