Article 1: Amendments

§1. The Presidential Moderation Authority Enhancement Act 2024 is amended by–

§1.1. Deleting the text “Ban or mute users who persistently disrupt the community or violate its guidelines.” in Section 1, Subsection 1.

§1.2. Substituting the text “For more serious or repeated violations, the President must have the authority to permanently remove disruptive members from the server.” in the Appendix with “The President may ban members in accordance with relevant legislation or court orders.”
