Article 1: Definition of Communities

§1. Communities shall be defined as non-political organizations of people with common interests and/or hobbies.

§2. There shall be no limit to the number of communities a person may be a member.

§3. Communities may regulate their own membership procedures and any other proceeding through internal rules.

Article 2: Creation of Communities

§1. To create a registered community, it shall have not less than two (2) founders and announce its creation through a reddit post.

§2.1. The creation post shall include the founder(s) of the community, the name, and a description.

§3. There shall be a list of every active community.

§4. Registered communities may have their own internal rules in the form of any type of publicly available text.

Article 3: Internal Rules

§1. Each community may apply for Discord channels, Discord roles, Reddit flairs, and Reddit tags in accordance with rules set by law.

§2. In the absence of internal rules, community leaders shall have full authority over how their community is run.

Article 4: Disbanding of Communities

§1. A registered community may be disbanded if:

§1.1. Is disbanded under its internal rules.
§1.2. All its associated discord channels have not received messages in more than a month.
§1.3. It has zero (0) members left.
