Henceforth the Secretary of the treasury shall be permitted to:

1. sell or rent roles on discord
   1. these roles must be purely cosmetic
   2. these roles may not impersonate anyone or any role
   3. the treasurer may deny a sale for any reason
2. rent pinned posts on the discord
   1. they may not be rented for a period longer than two (2) weeks
   2. no more than one (1) post may be rented at a time
   3. these posts may not be used to further a political cause within SimDemocracy

   1. the treasurer may not sell more than two (2) of these in a week
   2. these posts may not be used to further a political cause within SimDemocracy
   3. the treasurer may deny a sale for any reason

The revenue from these transactions shall go to the government reserve account
