A user that posts any form of useful guide that helps new users or lurkers better understand SimDemocracy, and posts it to r/SimDemocracy , may be granted up to 50t by a relevant government department at the discretion of the leaders of the departments or the President. A user may only be granted 50t for a guide once for each guide produced.
