The Amendment to the Senate Rules and Procedures Act 2025

Preamble:

Whereas: There exists an incomplete mechanism for the Line of Succession.

Article 1: Amendment to Article 7 of the Senate Rules and Procedures Act

§1. Article 7 of the Senate Rules and Procedures Act shall be repealed in its entirety.
