Preamble

Whereas, the current Law Change pings are used before the law is changed,

Whereas, the ping should be used when the law actually changes,

Actually Helpful Law Change Pings Act

Article 1 - Amendment to The It’s Not Transparency Unless It’s Hand-Delivered Act

§1. §1. of the Article 2: Execution of The It’s Not Transparency Unless It’s Hand-Delivered Act shall be amended to read:

§1. The President shall be responsible for announcing every change in legislation that has passed into the law.

§1.1. If the law change required a referendum, then the EC shall be responsible for the respective announcements.

§1.2. This duty may be assumed by any individual given the authority of the President and the EC as directed by the Constitution or other applicable legislation.
