Category:Court of Appeal Cases
From SimDemocracy Archives
Prior to the creation of the Supreme Court, appeals were heard by an ad hoc panel of three judges. As the Court of Appeal was the predecessor to the Supreme Court, its precedent still holds persuasive value.
There was no official name for the appeals panel, but it was regularly referred to as the “Court of Appeal” or “Appeals Court”.
