Article 1 — Coat of Arms Event

§1. The following template will be pinned to #community-events along with a message that describe the events based off this legislation.

§2. All members of the Discord server may post any design they wish to #community-events as long as it is in a square aspect ratio (same length on all sides), submissions also will not be accepted from the same person within 3 hours of a previous submission.

§3. Members shall be able to post designs for a total of forty-eight (48) hours and shall be extended twenty-four (24) hours until a minimum of 5 designs have been proposed, afterwards a referendum using the same method used to elect the Senate shall be held for twenty-four (24) hours. This referendum shall include all valid designs with the top four (4) being applied to the template in order to form the new SimDemocracy Coat of Arms.

§4. The design to receive first shall be put in the top left corner of the Coat of Arms, second in the top right, third in the bottom left, and fourth in the bottom right.
