1. Members of the Executive Branch, including but not limited to the President and Vice President, must not act on knowledge gained from the elevated access to the Discord for personal gain.

2. Any Citizen may file an Abuse of Discretion or Abuse of Power case against a member of the Executive Branch with the courts. If the courts find there to be a reasonable suspicion of wrongdoing, the presiding judge shall appoint a Special Prosecutor, who may not be a member of the Executive Branch, to investigate the claims. The Special Prosecutor may bring criminal charges or suggest impeachment proceedings to the Senate based on their findings. The Special Prosecutor may be granted reasonable warrants by the presiding Judge for access to restricted areas of the Discord and other privileged or classified documents.
