1. A Google Drive Folder system shall be established for the executive branch.
2. The folder will house all internal and classified documents for the executive branch that would be necessary for future administrations to continue the regular and existing functions of the executive.
3. The Catalog Manager office shall be created.
4. The Catalog Manager shall serve at the will of the President.
5. The Catalog Manager shall own the associated folders and share appropriate access to members of the executive branch.
