EO 118-11 Privileged Communities Order 2024

Preamble

WHEREAS it is in our National Interest to keep good relations with many communities,

WHEREAS given our size does not permit that we have full-scale diplomatic relations with every community,

HEREBY I declare that the Privileged Communities Order 2024 be enacted.

Article 1 — Privileged Communities

§1. The Department of State shall maintain a list of all communities which SimDemocracy has relations, or which we may possibly have relations with in the future.

§2. Only the President has the power to designate privileged communities and accredit Ambassadors.

2.1 Unless otherwise stated, all communities shall be non-privileged communities.

§3. Only privileged communities shall have a fully accredited Ambassador assigned.

3.1 SimDemocracy may have other diplomatic prescences in non-privileged communities, including but not limited to:

3.1.1 Diplomatic relations consisting of a State Department Diplomat assigned to multiple smaller communities,

3.1.2 Diplomatic relations consisting of meetings between high level officials on both sides,

3.1.3 Other forms of non-permanent diplomatic relations.
