  1. The Department of Expansion shall be established.
  2. The Department of Expansion aims to promote SimDemocracy as to gain potential new users.
  3. The Department of Expansion shall operate the official SimDemocracy Twitter account.
  4. The Department of Expansion shall be ran by the Secretary of Expansion.
  5. The Secratary of Expansion shall have a 'role' within the SimDemocracy official discord server to indicate that they are the Secretary of Expansion which shall have an equivalent set of powers to other cabinet level officials.
