A common government pay scale shall be implemented as follows:

1. Grade 1: 300T/Week
2. Grade 2: 250T/Week
3. Grade 3: 200T/Week
4. Grade 4: 150T/Week
5. Grade 5: 100T/Week
6. Grade 6: 50T/Week

Individuals at grade 1 of the payscale:

• Cabinet members

Individuals at grade 2 of the payscale:

• Deputy Secretary's

Individuals at grade 3 of the payscale:

• State Attorneys
• Senior Department officials as prescribed by the President
• Diplomats to a community of over 1000 members
• Senior SDBI Officers
• Senior Military Officers

Individuals at grade 4 of the payscale:

• Departmental Employees not listed above
• SDBI Officers
• Diplomats to a community of less than 1000 members
• Active Duty Military

Individuals at grade 5 of the payscale:

• SDBI Recruits
• Departmental trainees
• Non Active Duty Military

Individuals at grade 6 of the payscale:

• Casual departmental employees
