1.1 A new channel shall be created in the general category underneath the simdem-discussion channel named #presidential-questions where any user shall be able to ask questions of the President. A slowmode of 15 minutes shall apply to this channel

1.2 At the beginning of each new Presidential term a "Presidential Q&A" post must be created and where possible pinned on the subreddit. This should remain open for the duration of the term in order to facilitate the President being questioned on reddit

1.3 If requested by the Senate the President or another Executive Officer must submit to be questioned by the Senate
