1.1 The position of Deputy SDBI Director shall be created

1.2 It shall have all the same powers as the SDBI Director in cases where the SDBI Director is unavailable

1.3 @tripodplayzalt shall be appointed Deputy SDBI Director for a term expiring at the end of this Presidential term
