1.1 A "National Lottery" shall be established

1.2 The lottery shall be run weekly

1.3 The lottery shall have an initial jackpot of 1000T however this may be increased by the Secretary of the Economy or the President

1.4 Lottery tickets shall be charged at 5T a ticket

1.5 The following individuals shall be prohibited from playing the lottery:

  • The President
  • The Vice President
  • The Secretary of the Treasury
  • The Secretary of the Economy
  • Any other individual involved in administrating or running the lottery

1.6 The Department of the Economy shall run the lottery and may establish smaller lottery games to be run under the \"National Lottery\" brand
