Whereas the government-announcements channel serves as an important source of public information regarding government matters;

Whereas the effectiveness of government-announcements as a source of public information on government matters has been damaged due to excessive non-essential postings, leading to the loss of important information;

1. Any announcement channel for executive departments not mandated by a law shall be discontinued and shut down.

2. All messages posted in government-announcements must be official announcements. Informal discussions, commentary, or unrelated communications are strictly prohibited.

2.1. Failure of executive officials to comply with this order shall result in the imposition of restrictions on their access to the channel.

3. Posting access to government-announcements shall be restricted to departmental heads, their deputies, relevant legislative and judicial officials, and the head of the SDIOA.

4. presidential-announcements shall be renamed to #presidental-announcements.
