EO 135-03 Reestablishment of the Department of Expansion

Whereas the Departments of Activity and Integration serve overlapping functions;

Whereas the executive branch is experiencing unnecessary bloat, and the consolidation of similar departments will enhance coordination and operational effectiveness;

1. The Departments of Activity and Integration shall be merged to form the Department of Expansion (DoEx).
2. The Department of Expansion shall assume the responsibilities and functions previously held by both departments.
3. The head of the Department of Expansion shall be appointed by the executive, serving as a cabinet member to be confirmed by the senate.
   1. The current Secretary of Activity shall be designated as the Secretary of Expansion (SoEx).
   2. The current Secretary of Integration shall be designated as the Head of the Office of Integration within the Department of Expansion.
4. All relevant resources, personnel, and administrative duties shall be transferred accordingly to ensure a smooth transition.
