EO 135-06 Wick Moderation Powers

Whereas moderation on SimDemocracy was made easier with Wick;

1. The Department of Justice (DoJ) and its designated officers shall be granted Wick moderation powers.
2. The authorization of Wick moderation powers shall apply exclusively to the following officials:
   1. SimDem Bureau of Investigation officials
   2. Director of the office of Homeland Security
   3. The Attorney General
   4. The Deputy Attorney General
   5. The Attorney General shall have the sole discretion within the DoJ to determine the level of Wick moderation powers granted to each DoJ official.
3. The Attorney General shall oversee the distribution and use of these powers to ensure compliance with established protocols, through establishment of internal policy.
   1. The Attorney General shall heed the advice of the Discord Supervisor on the proper distribution of wick moderation powers.
