Whereas many Acts of Senate are lost and not properly archived;

Whereas its of supreme importance that SimDem properly archives all of its legal body for both professional and historical reasons;

1. The Archives Commission is tasked with properly archiving all current and valid Acts of Senate or other legal norms alongside any amendments.

Repealed 2. Citizens who provide a copy of missing Acts of Senate or other legal norms within a time period of two (2) weeks from their enactment shall receive a twenty five (25) Tau bonus from the Archives Commission.

2.1. A channel on the discord called "#ac-bill-submission" shall be created for this express purpose.

3. Departments of the Executive are obligated to provide copies of any internal policy and regulations to the Archives Commission if asked or ordered by future executive orders or law.
