EO 136-19 The Mandate of Exclusivity

Whereas Prominent members of the executive are still able to hold a seat in the Senate of SimDemocracy.
Whereas Senators may still hold positions of prominence within the executive.
1. If any employee holding authority within the Executive Branch in any capacity is elected to the SimDemocracy Senate they shall be dismissed immediately.
2. No Senator shall be allowed to be appointed to a position of prominence, otherwise known as a position that holds authority over others.
3. Any employee with authority within the Executive Branch intends to run for the Senate of SimDemocracy, they shall notify the respective authority that manages their employment.
4. Specific Positions Impacted:
- The Chief of Staff
- Cabinet Positions
- Heads of Executive Organizations/Agencies
- Deputy Secretaries
- SDBI Lieutenants
- Managerial Positions as described by the Heads of Organizations/Agencies
5. Anyone who this currently applies to is exempt from this Executive Order
