Whereas The Official SimDemocracy YouTube channel has had lackluster activity and growth.

Whereas Users of SimDemocracy should have a creative outlet to express their interest in SimDemocracy’s events, government, and community.

1. Executive Order 124 - 01 is hereby repealed in its entirety.

2. Any user that submits a relevant, quality video covering SimDemocracy may send that video to the Department of Expansion, who will judge its quality and then send the video to the President for uploading.

3. Users who have their video uploaded on the Official SimDemocracy YouTube channel will receive compensation of 125 tau per video.

4. Similarly, if a user has a video intended as short-formed content, or YouTube Shorts, will go through the same submission process as a regular YouTube video, but will be compensated by 50 tau per short uploaded to the Official SimDemocracy YouTube channel.

5. If a user has music that they have made relating to SimDemocracy, they must go through the same submission process as a regular video, but must explain how the music relates to SimDemocracy. Users that get their music uploaded to the SimDemocracy YouTube channel will receive compensation of 200 tau.
