JUDGMENT by Justice CreatingKing

[1]. As the bonds act was repealed, the program was terminated and thus the plaintiff is not due the additional interest they requested. They may be due a refund of the initial cost, however...

[2]. What appears to be the only piece of legislation requiring the government to pay back any bonds was also repealed and thus there is no legislation requiring a refund of the bond.

[3]. Therefore the court must rule in favor of the defendant.[2]

[4]. Now as for my personal thoughts, this is deplorable and the senate should act swiftly to remedy this issue. If any monetary investment program is canceled, then the investors should at the very least receive a refund that makes the total payments equal to the amount initially paid by the investor. I hope that this issue can be remedied.
