Introduction

[1]. This case arose after Mooklyn was permanently banned from SimDemocracy, this case is Mooklyn’s ban appeal.

Facts

[2]. Mooklyn is permanently banned from SimDemocracy. Mooklyn was previously banned from SimDemocracy but was unbanned from the reset after winning the unbanning poll. Mooklyn then got banned again later and was unbanned unconstitutionally. Mooklyn’s current ban is not to be confused with past bans.

[3]. Both sides argued that Mooklyn’s ban should be ended. The state’s only evidence that caused Mooklyn’s ban was “no balls ban me”.

Discussion

[4]. As Mooklyn’s previous ban that would have ended in October of this year is no longer in effect due to the ban being lifted, Mooklyn’s previous sentence does not apply to Mooklyn’s current ban.

[5]. Mooklyn’s most recent ban, the one this trial is regarding, was done after Mooklyn said “no balls ban me”. This is not enough cause for a ban of any length from SimDemocracy.

Conclusion

[6]. The court finds that Mooklyn’s ban was unconstitutional. Mooklyn shall be unbanned from SimDemocracy.
