No One Uses These Anyways Act

Preamble:

Whereas The Engagement Incentive Bonuses Act is stupid, a huge financial burden on the DoEx, and rarely used, we should get rid of it.

Whereas The Military Act 2024 is just two sentences long, it can easily just be condensed into MICA 2025.

Whereas The Refugee State Act is irrelevant and not used, it should be repealed.

Whereas Pumpkin Day already exists in the National Holidays Act and The Pumpkin Appreciation Act is redundant and poorly written, it should be repealed.

Article 1

§1. The Engagement Incentive Bonuses Act is repealed in its entirety.

§2. The Military Act 2024 shall be repealed.

§3. A new section shall be added to Military Instatement and Creation Act 2025:

Section 1:

§1.1. In order to preserve and protect the sovereignty of SimDemocracy and to ensure the rights of all SimDemocracy users, the Sim Democracy Federal Government shall create and maintain a militia consisting of both virtual and physical military personnel, equipment, weapons, and tactics for the use of meme wars.

§3.1. The numbering of all other sections in this act will be changed to reflect this new section.

§4. The Refugee State Act is repealed in its entirety.
