[1]. On multiple counts of harassment and one case of bail violation the defendant[4] is to be permanently muted on both the discord and subreddit
[2]. And harassment is to be defined as; the repeated and unwanted bothering, threatening or anything along those lines by one or more users to one or more users even after being asked to stopped.

- ↑ This case was done at a time when there was no separation of civil and criminal law. Bail violation would not be considered a tort (civil wrong) nowadays, it would be a crime.
- ↑ Muting is now no longer legally permitted in civil cases. A mute was also not legally permitted during the time of the case, as D was a Senator and enjoyed constitutional legal immunity at the time. The judge was impeached for this ruling on grounds of violating the Constitution.
