PvP Tiebreaking Amendment

Preamble

Whereas: It would be funny if ties in Minecraft Governor elections are broken by PvP.

Article 1

§1. Article 6 §1 of the Minecraft Server Transfer Act shall be amended to the following:

§1. The Governor of the Minecraft Server shall be elected by registered voters of SimDemocracy using the STAR voting method as described in §3 of the Appendix of the Constitution with the modification described in §1.1. There shall be an election conducted on the 3rd day of each month. The call for candidates and election process shall be conducted using the same timeframe as Presidential elections.

§2. Article 6 §1 of the Minecraft Server Transfer Act shall have the following subsection prepended:

§1.1. Ties in the election for Governor of the Minecraft Server will be broken by a PvP match arranged by a neutral party.
