Refugee State Act

Preamble

Following the recent developments in The End of Democracy (formerly The State of Democracy) we must take action to protect the citizens of this state from being subject to tyranny.

Article 1

§1. This law shall remain in effect until it is repealed or democracy is restored to The End of Democracy (henceforth TED)

§2. SimDemocracy shall condemn the unlawful seizure of power within TED

§3. SimDemocracy become a refugee state

§3.1. SimDemocracy shall be open to all citizens from TED seeking to migrate to a democratic state

§3.2. they shall be subject to the same citizenship requirements as any other person

§4. the government shall create a task force with the job of informing TED citizens of our refugee status and inviting them to join SimDemocracy

§4.1. the president may dissolve this task force at any time
