The Trolligarch Act

Preamble

Whereas this Act shall commemorate and celebrate one of the largest, most influential moments in SimDemocracy’s history, introducing hundreds of new members to this server.

Article 1: Danyo Day

§1. Danyo Day will hence be January 2nd and will serve as a celebration of the day that forever changed SimDemocracy. The reason it is not on January 1st (the date Trolligarch released the video “When teenagers simulate virtual democracies”) is because January 1st is New Year’s Day.

§2. On this day, all Government Services, Operations, and Senatorial Activities shall continue as normal.

§3. The President must delegate someone to stream the YouTube video titled “When teenagers run virtual democracies” by Trolligarch, which shall be made viewable to any citizen of SimDemocracy.

§4. The Department of Expansion is encouraged to run the following:

§4.1. Community events during this holiday,

§42. Events on the days before and after this holiday.

Article 2: Implementation and Oversight

§1 This Act shall take effect immediately upon passage.
