Voter Registration (Protection of SUITs) Act
An Act to provide for the protection of SUITs.
Section 1: Amendment
§1. The Voter Registration Act 2024 is amended by –
- §1.1. Inserting a new §3. in Article 3, which shall read:
§3. The Registered Voter Registry is, to avoid doubt, not an executive document within the meaning of the Executive Documents Act 2024, but may still be subpoenaed from.
