EO 133-1 Executive Restructure

Section 1: Housekeeping

1. All current departments not listed in this executive order shall be abolished unless provisions exist for their existence as outlined in legislation

Section 2: Chief of Staff (Repealed)

Repealed

1. The Chief of Staff shall be created as a cabinet level position serving directly under the President
2. The Chief of Staff shall serve as the head of the civil service managing staff and streamlining operations
3. The Chief of Staff will formally serve as a member of all departments however may not executive executive authority on behalf of a department or the executive as a whole without written permission from the President or relevant Executive Officer outlining in what areas and for how long they can take actions

Section 3: Foreign Affairs

1. The Department of State shall exist with the duties laid out in the Executive Act 2023
2. The Secretary of State shall be a cabinet level position
3. The General of the SimDemocracy Armed Forces shall be a cabinet level position

Section 4: Department of Justice

1. The Department of Justice shall exist with the duties laid out in the Executive Act 2023
2. The SDBI shall exist with the duties laid out in the Executive Act 2023 and other relevant legislation
3. The Attorney General shall be a cabinet level position
4. The SDBI Director shall be a cabinet level position

Section 5: Department of Voter Registeration

1. The Department of Voter Registeration shall exist with the duties laid out in the Executive Act 2023
2. The Secretary of Voter Registeration shall be a cabinet level position

Section 6: Economic Affairs

1. The Department of the Treasury shall exist with the following duties:
   1. The investigation of economic crimes in cooperation with the SDBI
   2. Manage the governments discretionary budget
   3. The creation, regulation, and/or sale of corporations, stocks, and marketplaces
2. The Secretary of the Treasury shall be a cabinet level position
3. The Department of the Economy shall exist with the following duties:
   1. The management of government owned corporations and businesses
   2. Promoting the economy among citizens of Simdemocracy
   3. Managing funds for community events and prizes
   4. Regulation and management of industry including but not limited to the service economy, gambling, and any economic activity that may take place outside the discord server including Minecraft, etc.
4. The Secretary of the Economy shall be a cabinet level position

Section 7: Activity Affairs

1. The Department of Activity shall exist with the following duties:
   1. Hosting community events and game night
   2. Hosting tournament in different games in the community
   3. Establishing and running communities on different platforms such as Nationstates and Minecraft in cooperation with other relevant authorities and departments.
   4. Engaging with the community on how to increase activity
2. The Secretary of Activity shall be a cabinet level position
3. The Department of Expansion and Integration shall exist with the following duties:
   1. Working with other departments to promote Simdemocracy and gain new users
   2. Work with new users to tailor events and activities to them in order to integrate them into Simdemocracy
   3. Introduce new users to the sim, teach them how it works, and find a job for them that suits their interests should they want one
4. The Secretary of Expansion and Integration shall be a cabinet level position

Section 8: Administration

1. The Department of Technology shall exist with the following duties:
   1. Managing, creating, and/or approving any bots on the simdem discord server
   2. Overseeing and/or managing any other technological tasks in the community such as the hosting of a Minecraft server
